You can arrange FREE pick up at our warehouse or obtain quotation for shipping by emailing email@example.com.
All orders are shipped via SF Express, HK Post Office, DHL or UPS. Some express delivery may be registered with a tracking number.
**Please note, orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to
such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipients country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Starfish B Outdoor has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re committed to selling high-quality products that will enhance your performance and enjoyment outdoor!
There may be an occasion when you need to exchange your order. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiries.
Please note that exchanges can only be arranged for damaged and/or incorrect items received.
Gifts cannot be returned.
Refund is not applicable in any case.
To return your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the damaged and/or incorrect items. Request for exchange will not be accepted after seven (7) days from date of delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
